Located just 30 minutes from Portland, Scappoose Bay contains over 85,000 acres of the tidally-influenced marine ecosystem. It's an ideal place to view an abundance of birds, beavers, otters, and sea lions. The best way to witness these amazing animals? From the quiet calm of a kayak gliding along the water. This 4-hour paddle is perfect for all skill levels - we'll bring all the necessary gear and go over some kayaking basics before getting started. Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy these tranquil, protected waters. Come see some of the earth's finest creatures with cheery and adventurous new friends - it's going to be so much fun!
