Yoga at REI Albuquerque

Practicing yoga is an excellent way to develop strength, balance, flexibility and concentration to improve your outdoor pursuits. Join REI's professional yoga instructor for a 75 minute class. These sessions will invigorate your practice whether you're new to yoga or have a desire to deepen an already established yoga practice. You'll be guided by a knowledgeable and friendly teacher who has the experience and depth to offer physical and mental challenge at the various stages of yoga practice.
