Ride smarter, not harder. A number of practical techniques can help to make your next trail ride more pleasant as the trail rolls both up and down. Topics covered include stopping and starting mid-climb/descent as well as body and bike positioning for successful climbing. Flat pedals and soft-soled shoes are required for the class. While your instructor will give you tips on fitness and training for mountain biking, the focus of the session will be on practical skills and techniques that can be practiced and applied on any ride.
