With a river lined by monuments, museums, historic neighborhoods, and national parks, downtown DC is certainly one of the most beautiful cityscapes in North America. And at twilight in the summer, the iconic monuments of downtown DC are bathed in light. There is possibly no more beautiful time to be on the water to experience the beauty of our Nation's Capital. Perfect for paddlers with a little bit of prior experience, we'll bring the gear and go over the basics before getting started. You'll get about 5 miles of paddling in, and witness the National Monuments in a completely new light. We can't wait to show you how magical a sunset on the Potomac can be!
