Mt. Rainier is widely considered the snowiest place in North America, with some areas averaging 670 inches per year! Join us for an epic snowshoe adventure through this pristine wilderness where we'll trek through an alpine forest, taking in breathtaking up-close views of the iconic mountain. On a clear day, enjoy sweeping vistas of the Tatoosh Range, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helens to the south while walking through the covered meadows. This tour is perfect for novice and experienced snowshoers alike, as we will provide all necessary equipment and professional instruction. Be prepared to hike up and down moderate to steep terrain in deep snow for about 3 miles. The best part about this trip? We do the planning and packing - all you have to do is show up.
