Kris has made her career of striving to connect people to nature for 12 years as a naturalist. Her work has taken her from the east coast, to the equator, and landed her in Texas for the past 8 years. Most recently while working for Harris County, she developed a mobile outdoor recreation and environmental education team to help promote local greenspace accessibility. She earned her degree in Environmental Science, is a member of the Texas Master Naturalist tribe, and is a Certified Interpretive Guide. Justin is a Texas Master Naturalist, Certified Interpretive Guide, and is currently working on his bachelor's degree in Wildlife Conservation. He's also a proud Eagle Scout. Counting John Muir Laws as a source for inspiration, "love of nature is the spring from which stewardship flows" is a motto Justin strives to share at each of his programs, no matter what the topic of focus is. When he's not sharing dad jokes, he can be found on his kayak or camping under the stars.
