Need help identifying the van/SUV used for the REI yearly dividend Mailer

I just received my yearly dividend (YEAH).  I am intrigued by the van/SUV shown with the group of women.  Can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks

While we weren't able to confirm the exact info about the photo, we were able to get some info and get pretty close. The van in the photo is a Ford E-350 van with a custom built interior and a bunch of upgrades to the outside (ladder, roof rack, solar panels, lift kit, 4x4 package, etc.). It took some sleuthing and we think we were able to find the one from the photo. If it isn't the one from the photo it is uncannily similar! It is likely a van rented from Adventure Travel Sports Rentals. The model is their Sportsmobile 4x4 model.
