OnTrac shows the parcel delivered on 11/17 but my consignee said waited for whole day and nothing got, why Rei keeps using this bad carrier?   I ordered 3 items in 2 order, 2 out of 3 were sent by OnTrac and I still get nothing from OnTrac, I believe that they are vanished...it is a fraud, both Rei and OnTrac!
