Flash 3-Season insulated air pad - compatible with...

Dear REI, Just purchased the Flash 3-Season insulated air pad from REI. I have a Therma-Rest "seat" that their air pad and foam pads fit into. I have been able to use the Flash 3-Season insulated air pad for the "seat" also but have concerns that this may damage the pad because of the segmented air pockets. Any thoughts? Thx, DrDan   ...
