I understand REI is an authorized Diabello dealer.  When the global crisis that we are in becomes normal again, do you have a means to ask Diabello whether it is possible to buy parts from them for old women's boots.  I am interested in buying toe and heel pads for the bottom of my ski boots:  Women's Raya 7 boots - Mondo 25.5 or USA 8.  Many thanks and stay well. ...
