Thank you for the response, however since REI has now indefinitely extended closure, how will you handle items that are sitting in stores that customers may want sooner than a 6-week waiting period? Is there a way that REI could provide a way to return items in the interim without opening stores? Perhaps sending a customer a return label or by other means??? Incomes have been impacted by covid-19 and not being able to return items could pose financial constraints on people who could use their money for basic needs or providing support to their family members.
