Dear REI,
I'd like to opt to act by asking that you not mail me any hard copies of anything. They all go into the recycle bin, but why produce all of that paper when everything can be done on line? I get emails from REI several times a week (or so it seems), why pile on with more paper? Why spend REI resources this way? I wish you'd stop. Thank you.
Mike Francisco
@737058 Thanks for reaching out Mike!
We appreciate your feedback! You can manage your mail preferences here in order to opt out of any 'hard copies' of anything REI sends out in the mail. If you have any other questions or issues feel free to give us a call at 1-800-426-4840 or you can e-mail us or use the live chat feature.
I hope this helps, have a great day. Thanks!
John
that is a great idea! I've often wondered about this.
