Whole Food Plant Based eating is the way to go! Great for the planet, healthiest way to eat for longevity and quality, and so delicious. A pretty easy way to decrease your carbon footprint and live longer
We buy an entire cow from a local farmer, who brings it to a local butcher, and then we bring it home and eat the steaks, roasts etc. It actually decreases our carbon footprint MORE than driving to the grocery store once a week to only buy plants. Just another idea for those who like meat.
