Compostable trash bags?

We have been here in Mexico for a month trying to collect trash that has washed ashore. This beautiful location (Akumal) is littered with plastic and Styrofoam of all sorts and sizes. We have been using regular trash bags but I find it hard using more plastic to gather plastic. Does anyone have a recommendation of a better solution?

Hi Jesse,

There are some compostable trash bags that you could use instead, however I am not sure whether you can find those in Mexico. The company If You Care have some, and you can find other brands on Amazon too.
