Best Trail Maps for Yellowstone and Grand Teton?

Heading out to Yellowstone and Grand Teton in May for a family trip. Will be there 21st-27th. There will 7 of us (ages 2 to 59) on the trip. Looking for the best trail maps for some final planning. Any suggestions or advice for the trip at all would be great. Thank you up front.

If I were in your shoes, I would reach for the National Geographic maps for each area.  They are typically based in USGS topography, but are much more up to date on cultural features like roads and trails.  That said, I have no personal experience with the maps of either area, but I have found their maps for other areas to be spot on.  Hopefully there will be additional comments by those with local knowledge.

If all else fails, ask a friendly, smiling park ranger.  Avoid the grumpy ones....

no doubt about it, natgeo trails illustrated maps are the best, up to date and easy to read!
