I've been a loyal customer of REI, both in the Reading, MA store and online. As outdoor experiences for many of us here mean "the Whites," I'm so excited to see the new store pop up in the Valley. I know you have some stiff competition with LL Bean, EMS, and the scrappy IME in the village, and Ragged Mountain beyond. But I love that REI is a Coop, has such dedicated and knowledgeable sales people, and superb community outreach. I hope to be able to visit during some of your events there.
