Fractured knee cap in half 3 months ago and want to run again. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting back to it
without losing balance and getting rid of fear? Thanks!

@tcash I think just trying some short runs would be a good way to dispel some of your anxieties/fears. You won't know until you try, right?
But first -- TALK to a medical provider, particularly a sports medicine professional if you can get a referral. He/she should be able to help you develop a game plan, such as a gentle reintroduction to running. I've never had a fractured kneecap, but I am sure I'd be talking to my doctor before starting any strenuous exercise.
