What is the height maximum for the Leki kid's poles?

Leki Vario XS Trekking Poles - Pair - Kids'  Item #198712

What is the height limit for these things?  Any idea?  Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out!

The height limit for a trekking pole can be highly variable, as it doesn't necessarily depend on the total height of the person using them, but rather the measurement of their hands to the surface of the ground when their upper arm is against their body and their lower arm is at a right angle. I set my personal trekking poles at 110 cm (the highest length of the Leki Trekking poles you list above) and had my daughter (8 years old, ~54" tall) try them out. Based on the measurement I took, she had about 6" of room to grow into a 110 cm trekking pole. As such, it would be safe to say the Leki Vario XS Trekking Poles would likely be good for someone up to about 60", or 5 feet, tall.

Hopefully this helps, thanks!

Thanks.  That what I thought.  But her Mom says that she is a growing girl, so we will order a bigger size.
