My husband and I hiked section 6 of the LP Monday 10/28. Great weather and few people on the trail on Monday. Getting dark by 6pm now, so start earlier than we did, 10:30am, and make sure you're out of the forest by dusk or bring a headlamp. Trail more slippery with lots of leaves so take your time and bring sticks!
