Information on Backpacking Teton Wilderness or SE Section of Yellowstone NP?

I'm planning a trip in the teton wilderness, turpin meadow trailhead, East of Jackson and Moran, Wy, traveling north almost to the southern boarder of Yellowstone NP.

Does anyone have any experience here they could share?
