Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

We are eager to get back outside with our customers and members!  However, we don't have a timeline that we can share for each individual location. 

One of the main reasons we don't share what's coming in the future is how variable the situation is and the possibility that things could change at the last minute. We want to minimize the additional confusion and frustration a last-minute change could cause. We are making daily updates to our local store pages and will keep the FAQs here in the community updated as well.

You may have noticed that Memphis is currently participating in curbside pickup as well as offering contactless bike shop services at this time!
