Hi @xosorio - Thanks for reaching out, though we’re sorry to hear it’s because you lost a strap on your pack. Are you able to visit a local REI store? If so, we recommend bringing your pack in with you, where you’ll be able to purchase webbing by the foot, as well as make sure the webbing and a new buckle are the correct sizes.
If going into a store isn’t a possibility, this Sea to Summit 1 inch 2-pin buckle will be able to unscrew and attach to the replacement webbing, as well the existing side. There are a couple of things to take note with the existing side:
Depending on the sizing, the new buckle may simply clip into the existing half
If the buckles are not compatible, you can unscrew the pin on the buckle's side and attach the existing webbing to it.
On the side being replaced, you will also need to sew each end of the webbing around the buckle and hip belt attachment.
Let us know if any parts of the process give you trouble and we’d be happy to provide additional assistance!
At REI, we believe time outside is fundamental to a life well lived.
