Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question! Sole suggests that if you are in between sizes, you should size up a full size and trim the insoles with scissors. This is a common practice with insoles. The easiest way to accomplish this is to remove the existing insert from your shoe, place it on top of the new insole, line up the insole leaving the excess material on the outer edge vs. the big toe side, trace, and lastly cut!
