How can I repair a torn grip on a trekking pole?

I have a set flash carbon poles and one of the grips is torn. How would i go about getting it replaced?

Thanks

Brad

@sams Thanks for reaching out!

We got permission from Komperdell to post this information publicly:

For replacement parts, you'll need to reach out to Komperdell (the company the manufactures our trekking poles) with a photo of the part needed for your pole, the year (or best approximation), and model. Here is the contact information:

Komperdell US

Warranties & Administration

akern@komperdell.us

Hopefully this helps, thanks!

Thanks for this. We also have a torn grip on a REI Flash pole. Out of warranty so hopefully they can help us.

John,

Could you provide me that info? I have the Flash Carbon trekking poles, and the top 1/3 of one of the foam grips tore off.
