What kind of things do you have in your survival kit in your automobile?

First Aid kit, water, energy bars, flashlight, emergency blanket, waterproof matches, knife, rope, poncho and a roll of toilet paper just becasue you never know....

Depends where you live.  For winter in the Sierra mountains, we need a snow shovel, chains, water, emergency blanket, first aid kit, warm blanket, extra clothes, hat, matches, flashlight, jumper cables, and toilet paper. We cannot keep food in our cars, or bears will break in.  For long trips we bring energy bars.

In summer we take out the snow shovel, chains and extra warm clothes.
