@Ziggles2020 we're so sorry for the frustration about not knowing exactly when a specific store will reopen for business. As you may have seen in earlier responses in the community, as we move to expand our services, we are basing our progress on four very important factors:
- Our ability to establish a set of detailed health and safety protocols
- Local community readiness
- Federal, state and local guidelines and restrictions
- Facility and team operational readiness
In addition, one of the reasons that we aren't sharing future store openings is because the situation is incredibly variable. We want to avoid the frustration that would be caused if we announced an opening that changed at the last minute. Again, we do recognize the frustration caused by not knowing about your specific local store and we are sorry for that.
With all of that said, we are planning to add curbside pickup to additional stores around the country before the end of this week and the best place to stay updated on those changes will be your local store page.
