Running is a great way to clear your head, boost your physical and mental health and relieve cabin fever. It's also kind of "easy" because often you can just walk out your front door and go.
However, with more people doing exactly that, many of our favorite running routes are being inundated and making it difficult to keep appropriate distance from others.
