We do actually carry the Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTX in women's. You can check them out here. In terms of the differences between men's and women's fit, the boots are going to be designed with different lasts based on averages of general foot characteristics for each. In the most general terms, men's boots will tend to be wider and slightly higher volume, whereas women's will be narrower and slightly lower volume.
