I'm a 73-year-old woman who hasn't ventured off the beaten path since a severe foot injury three years ago. However, I don't want to live in fear any longer. My dog "Karma" and I are eager to explore the rocky seashore of Gran Canaria Island, our new home. Could you please recommend appropriate footwear for wet, slippery rock surfaces?

Thank you very much!

Thanks for reaching out!

@Louise_GranCanaria - To supplement the above suggestions, I would recommend use of some kind of hiking staff on wet rock.  That third support is really handy....
