I soooooo echo @REI-PearlD s #1. I ran an ultramarathon just weeks before the lockdowns started. Flash forward 6 months and a 5k in my neighborhood felt like the hardest thing I've ever done (I've kept up strength and yoga workouts, but not so much cardio).

I'm setting goals fresh with a clean slate, without reference to what I could do (or wanted to do) in the before times. 

I'm also enjoying doing fitness things I've never tried before (different kinds of classes for example - virtually, I'm not comfortable doing IRL classes yet). Seems like a good a time as any to try new things.
