Quick question about the sizing on this bike

I'm about 6' tall with an inseam of 32" (190lbs size13 shoes - not sure if this matters)

Any recommendations on sizing for this bike? I feel like I'm right in between a L and XL and I'm unsure of which size to order. What are the consequences of getting a bike that's slightly too large for you v.s. one that's slightly too small for you?
