My children are members of REI (<Member IDs removed by moderator>). I wanted to set up their online accounts, but they do not have email addresses of their own that we can use (just school ones). I want to use my email address - I have multiple so it could be different from the email address linked to my account. But I had trouble setting this up online. can you help please? I also had trouble looking up their account online since it asked for the associated phone number and email address and I am not sure we set the accounts up with those (or that they are different from my own). Hi Garvin - Thanks for reaching out, though we're sorry to hear that creating those additional accounts is giving you some trouble.
