Hi @Hikersandy - Thanks for reaching out! To remove the Quick Connect from the hose, you should hold the hose in place with one hand, then turn the Quick Connect while pulling away from the hose with your other hand. To watch the process being done, this video demonstrates the process at the 0:55 mark.
