I have the same problem.  I own a few pairs of native sunglasses and have had excellent customer service up till now.  Whoever this Luxottica company is, I’m not impressed. I sent them an email and they told me they can’t sell replacement parts but I can do a warranty claim, but that doesn’t work for me because my style of sunglasses are discontinued and I don’t want to change to a different ‘similar’ style. I just want some darn rubber nose pads !!!
