I purchased an arcteryx puffy jacket, which was not cheap and have recently lost close to 50 pounds and the jacket is simply massive on me now. I would like to exchange for a size down, but I am no longer in the 1 year “return window” is it still possible to exchange for a different size? I am really hoping not to have to sell the jacket to offset the cost of a new one.
