We're really eager to help you out with this question, however, we're a little stumped on which gloves you're referring to. Can you please give us some more detail? Do you remember when you purchased the gloves? If you're able you can upload a photo to this thread and that would help us identify the model you have. Typically on REI products there is a 6 digit number, often on the back of the tag, that can help us narrow down options as well.

Depending on which model you have, we may be able to find a solution for your gloves.
