Groan.  I just spent over $500 for a tent and my dividend was NOT applied to the purchase.  Despite using the correct membership number and the correct last name, the discrepancy was with my first name.  When I got my REI membership card in 1989, I used just the initial for my first name.  And your system doesn't recognize my first name from the initial.  This was the second time I made an online purchase.  Could you mail me a check for my dividend?
