Unfortunately I do not believe that is an item that REI carries, or at least not at this time of the year. If I am understanding you correctly I believe the MSR 18" Classic Snowshoe Straps are what you are looking for. They also come in a 12" version. If that's not what you're after let me know and we'll see what we can figure out.
