Approximately two months ago I purchased a bike rack from REI. The straps are defective. I ordered a new bike rack that is being shipped to my REI store in Reading mass. The store is not open yet but I want to return the defective bike rack when I pick up the new bike rack. Will I be able to do this?Thanks
