Our local stores are still closed to in-store returns. I received the bike on May 13th and the forks were either bent or not aligned correctly. Either way the bike was unrideable. Initially I was told I would have to wait for the stores to open or pay to ship it back. I believe my initial comment 2 weeks ago spurred their providing free shipping back. I had a $2800 change sitting on my credit card. For me, REI came through like I was hoping.
