We placed an order on March 8th. It shows it still has not left for delivery. That is 8 days already, this was a birthday gift. I heard the stores recently closed but have not heard mail order was down. We ordered long before the shut downs so were wondering what is up with the order.

@Emluedtke hmmm, this is strange indeed as any orders placed days ago would have been unaffected by our announcement last night about store closures. Because we do not have access to specific orders here in the community, we recommend following up with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840, noting that wait times are significantly longer than normal due to much higher-than-normal call volumes. We have tried that and no one answers the phone. It just rings. We have left it ring for over a half hour, not even a recording.
