I am looking at purchasing a pair of AT boots for splitboarding.  I will not be able to determine if they will work - forward lean (which I have tried to validate with my current soft boot setup) and stiffness being the variables - until I actually take them up to the mountain.  If they do not work as needed can I still return them knowing they will have been used, albeit lightly?

@MTBOregon Thanks for reaching out and thanks for opening my eyes to a small but growing trend in splitboarding!

You can read our return policy here. If you purchase a pair of AT boots and they do not work for you you are able to return them within a year of purchase. That being said, we recommend scheduling a boot fitting appointment at your local REI store to speak with a boot fitting expert in order to make sure everything is dialed in and fit correctly with your new boots. You can also take advantage of our shop services if you need help getting your splitboard set up!

I hope this helps, have fun out there!
