I was lucky to work with David who explained why something would or wouldn't work with my bike at the Eugene store. I appreciate the time the employees take to explain things to their customers in order to help them understand for their bike. I'm hoping that this word gets back to him or his manager. He is so helpful and knowledgable. This makes me feel so lucky and honored to work with him and his colleagues!
