I did my first forearm stand/forearm inversion yesterday! I wish I had more time for yoga, it's so much fun.
I occassionally take a yoga class at the local gym. I am no expert, but I do find that it has improved my flexibility dramatically.
My balance still stinks, however; I tried an SUP yoga session the other day and let's just say it was comical at best. I spent more time in the water than on the board.
