Thanks for reaching out and for considering donating your used gear!
Donating skis can be tricky sometimes, depending on how old they are and if ski shops are allowed to work on the bindings (due to indemnification restrictions from vendors). Your best bet for a donation may be to find a Goodwill or a shop that converts skis into chairs, benches, or other furniture like Colorado Ski Chairs. You may also want to see if Denver has a program by which you can recycle your skis, similar to the program in Boulder. If you're looking to sell them, you can use one of the various online marketplaces in the Denver area or you could see if a local organization is hosting a ski swap any time soon.
Hopefully this helps, thanks!
