Join us at Genesee Park near Evergreen on Saturday, July 27 for a volunteer project to improve forest health!
We'll be using hand saws and tools to improve forest health within one of the Denver Mountain Parks properties in Genesee Park near the Genesee Trailhead.
Volunteers will be working on creating some piles and cleaning up a previous project area. A lot of wood is on the ground already and our focus will be to clean up the area by moving wood into piles to later be burned or removed.
