Where do you ride when your favorite bike trail is underwater or unusable for the near future?

I try and find another trail system that has better draining soils. If that doesn't work out, gravel riding is a pretty fun option that keeps you in shape and works handling skills.

Rail trails tend to be on higher ground - since trains had to keep running in floods.  We rode rail trails this Spring with flooded areas on both sides of us, yes a little unnerving, but the trail was dry.

you ride the same trail but harder and faster.
