What size is the Electra bike?

I see that the Electra Loft 7D bike is now only available in S... but I can't find any sizing information! Can you help me? I'm 5'5" and not sure if small will fit or I need to hold out for a "regular"??

It looks like Electra states that the size small in the Electra Loft 7d is designed to fit a size range from 4'10" to 5'10". It sounds like a size small would fit you.
