The most similar bike, in styling and components, to the Pure Cycles bike is the Electra Loft 7D. The Co-op Cycles CTY 1.1 is also a 700c bike that is great for exploring the city, running errands, or getting exercise. With the Co-op Cycles CTY 1.1 you'll be upgrading to disc brakes, as well as gaining more gears (24 vs 8/7). The biggest difference between the Electra and the Pure cycles is the derailleur, number of gears (7 vs 8), and the Electra's frame is made from aluminum.
In terms of sizing, the CTY 1.1 small fits 5'3" - 5'6" and the medium fits 5'6" - 5'9". The Electra is sized the same way as the Pure Cycles bike (50cm).
Hopefully this helps!
At REI, we believe time outside is fundamental to a life well lived.
