Recommended Saddle bag size for a 29’er tube and accessories

How large a saddle bag (in L) do I need to pack a 29r tube, tire levers and a CO2 cartridge without having to cram everything in there? TY

Hey there @kim1!

A saddle bag with at least 1.5 liters of space will likely get you the room you need. With that being said, you might like something in the realm of 4 liters. This will be more than enough room to accommodate the items you mentioned and even throw a multi-tool in or other goodies potentially!

Here is an example of a saddle bag that is about that size.  This Topeak Expanding Wedge bag is another option on the smaller side.

Hope this helps!
